The construction division consists of three companies, each of which has its own role in the construction process. Together they form the Construction division of Ooms Nederland Holding:

• De Peyler Projektontwikkeling bv.
  

These three companies work intensively together but also operate independently of one another. The aim is to create an optimal living and working environment in which everyone feels at home. Sustainable construction is a key priority in this process. Besides its applications in environmental and technical areas, sustainable construction also includes the following aspects:

• flexible construction (in line with the purchaser's wishes)
• creation of an attractive living environment (infrastructure and area facilities).
  

The demand for flexibly designed buildings is steadily increasing. The Construction division responds to this with methods such as timber frame construction (HCB). link HCB The high degree of flexibility this method offers fits in perfectly with the aims of the government's 'Industrial, Flexible and Demountable construction' (IFD construction) program of demonstration projects, which also stresses the importance of the creative use of raw materials, fuel, labor, knowledge and technology.
