The Group is well known for its multiplicity of disciplines and innovation. Its own laboratory and R&D department support an ongoing program of research and development that has produced some fine products and systems, including Road Energy Systems^® and Sealoflex^®.

But Ooms Avenhorn Groep does more than that: the floating home is a concept from Canada.



The Ooms Avenhorn Groep Construction division carried out a study to determine whether there was a need for this style of living in the Netherlands and found that many people were interested. The Construction division currently has a variety of projects in preparation for floating neighborhoods in the Netherlands.
